WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

This is a release of liability and waiver of certain legal rights. By signing electronically, you agree to the terms outlined below in accordance with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).
Acknowledgment of Risk
I understand that participation in Missouri CMSA or Flying 45 events, including but not limited to equine activities, bovine-related activities, and firearm use, involves inherent risks. These may include but are not limited to injury, property damage, or death resulting from unpredictable animal behavior, equipment malfunction, terrain conditions, and the actions of other participants.
Missouri Statutory Warning
Under Missouri law, an equine activity sponsor or an equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities pursuant to the Revised Statutes of Missouri, Section 537.325.
Release and Waiver
I, the undersigned participant, hereby voluntarily release and forever discharge Missouri CMSA or Flying 45, its officers, agents, employees, volunteers, landowners, and event sponsors from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage to person or property arising out of or in connection with my participation in Missouri CMSA activities.
Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Missouri CMSA or Flying 45 from any claims, demands, or causes of action asserted by others arising from my conduct during participation in Missouri CMSA activities.
Minor Participant
If the participant is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete and sign the section below. The guardian assumes full responsibility for the minor's participation and agrees to all terms in this waiver on the minor's behalf.
Consent for Emergency Treatment
I authorize Missouri CMSA or Flying 45 to seek medical treatment in the event of injury or illness. I understand that I am responsible for all medical costs incurred.
Photo and Media Release
I give permission for Missouri CMSA or Flying 45 to use photographs or videos of me (or my minor child) taken during the event for promotional purposes, including print and digital media.
Electronic Signature Agreement
By checking the box and typing my name below, I am signing this agreement electronically. I agree that my electronic signature is the legal equivalent of my manual signature on this agreement.
